Savor Group launched its first two venues simultaneously in 2011 – a bar and eatery in a former parking garage right next to a modern Japanese restaurant in Auckland’s Britomart precinct.

Further Savor projects quickly followed, including flagship brasserie Ostro and Seafarers Club – a private members concept spread over 7 floors of a redeveloped waterfront building.

Savor Group now operates 8 hospitality businesses in Auckland, each with its own unique concept, culture and offering.
