Savor Group launched its first two venues simultaneously in 2011 - a bar and eatery in a former parking garage right next to a modern Japanese restaurant in Auckland’s Britomart precinct. We were doing things in an original way right off the bat.
Further Savor projects quickly followed, including flagship brasserie Ostro and Seafarers Club - a private members concept spread over 7 floors of a redeveloped waterfront building. Savor Group now operates 8 hospitality businesses in Auckland, each with its own unique concept, culture and offering.
